Please be informed that the registration payment mentioned above does not include the publication process in the conference proceedings. An additional fee will be applied to cover the publication costs.
Payment Method
Payment should be made via bank transfer (virtual account). Once the committee confirms the acceptance of your abstract submission, an invoice will be sent to the email address used during registration from the official ICEC-EE email account.
- Additional costs for publication (selected papers only*) to be confirmed.
- The additional fees above must be paid by the author once the paper has been deemed in accordance with the Publishing Guide.
- We will send a notification email to the author for payment requests after conference day.
